CPCI 810

The CPCI-810 is a 6U CompactPCI board with the 8240 PowerPC processor operating at 250 MHz. The board has 64 or 128 Mbytes of SDRAM and 2 Mbytes of Flash ROM for program storage. I/O capabilities include a 32-bit PMC module location for I/O expansion, dual 100-Mbit Ethernet Interfaces and a 64-bit CompactPCI interface operating at 33 MHz.

The dual LAN interfaces and PMC I/O expansion make the board well suited for systems like telecom and high reliability applications that require I/O redundancy. The board's I/O can be tailored to specific applications with Cyclone's Dual Gigabit Ethernet, Ultra320 SCSI, Ultra2 SCSI; ATM OC-3 ,OC-12 and IMA, or with any industry-standard or application specific PMC module.

The CPCI-810 offers board support packages for Tornado/ VxWorks and pSOS. Cyclone's Breeze Development Environment is on board to ease the development of application code.
